Refunds Policy

We would like to make our every customer happy with our services and products. That’s why we have a refund policy. Sometimes can happen the situation with the services that is beyond our control. If you have met such one please give us to know to proceed refunds.

EasyQA supports refunds and chargebacks. You are allowed to send the request for a refund. After the 30 days since the payment was made the refund will not be available.

We can refund you in the next cases only if you have paid for the subscriptions within 30 days:

  1. The website providing the services was not available;
  2. There were service crashes that destroyed all your inputted data and information;

You can cancel your subscription of EasyQA and stop to use our services at any time. The process of cancellation if free of charge but no refunds will be provided to you for the prorated time periods.

PayPal transactions made through Braintree can be voided or refunded

Refunds for the EasyQA Cloud service are available only during the next 30 days of the payment. After that period we will not offer any refunds.

If you would like to cancel your using of our services because of the service failure on our side and request a refund during the first 30 days of subscription please follow the next steps:

  • Write to us via contact us form on the website
  • Provide the name
  • Provide an email to your EasyQA Cloud account
  • Leave the message about refund request

After 30 days since the payment, we will not grant any requests for refunds from the customers.

Let us tell few words about the process or refunds:

  1. First, you as a customer should issue a chargeback with your bank;
  2. The amount of refund will be debited from our account and will be transferred back to your bank account;
  3. We will be emailed about the chargeback and we have the right to accept this chargeback or dispute it with the documented arguments and facts that this transaction was lawful;
  4. If we win the case then money will be transferred back to our account, if lose or accept the chargeback then all funds remains to you.

A refunded transaction is a special process when the refund will be settled then the funds will be sent back to your bank account. This can take a few days to deposit the funds, so please be prepared for a small delay.

Credit card transactions can be refunded at any time, as long as the associated card is still active; PayPal transactions can only be refunded within 180 days of receiving payment.
